Introduction:

The Single-Shaft Shredders are new designed especially for crushing the film in rolls or in bales, first-coming extrusion materials, large and hard blocks and lumps, pipes after cutting and so on.

 

 The shredders have the characteristics of strong crushing ability and contrarotation with the structure of close-lined rotary knives in single direction. The motor can be protected effectively with the contrarotation characteristic..

 

Features of Single-shaft shredder:

    1.Movable blade,dismounting convenience, easy for cleaning and maintenance. 

    2.Each rotary blade has four cutting edge, can be used again after rotating 90°.

    3.Hvaing reducer with spindle,smooth operation, low noise, large rotating torque.

    4.PLC control system,positive and negative turn automatically,running machine more safety.

    5. Backfire treament after weldinging tank,  dissolve weld stress.

    6.Blade position apply precision machining,making sure the same space between each rotary knife and fixed knife.

    7.Rotary blade position adopts embedded with high 

strength screw connected to blade spindle, can prevent the phenomenon that welding blade drop by long-term quake.
